This cartoon concerns the oil spill on the Gulf of Mexico. It's making fun of the American Government and how they don't know what to do about this crisis.
This cartoon interested me because I've been worried about the oil spill. I also like Spongebob. :D
This affects me because I hate to admit it, but I'm worried about America and this problem. Also, I have to wonder if something like this will ever happen in Canada.
